| I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much our children enjoyed and benefited from the recent lessons from Tim Jackson and Mark. We were out during half term and Tim was excellent with all three (Beth, John and Archie) and Archie was very fortunate to have a private lesson with Mark which he thoroughly enjoyed and learned from.

| Just to let you know how much I enjoyed my lesson with you yesterday afternoon. A lot was hanging on it - would I continue skiing in the future or put away my ski gear forever?! I'm pleased to say that I was sufficiently encouraged after the lesson to think I could get the hang of and actually enjoy (not endure) the sport of skiing. After you left me, I skied down to the bottom of the mountain with much more speed and confidence than I'd ever done before. Jack and Harry both said that they think they have improved far beyond thier expectations, and are really looking forward to next year - Jack was quite gushing about Chamossiere - not like him at all! I know i am far more confident now and have finally rememberd how good it feels to be able to ski properly ( although taking it easy is still my holiday policy, it may take a while to tempt me onto that black, nothing to do with not being the best in the Family anymore...) and Nigel feels far more confident and able to takle any run he fancies,..... although i'm persuading him around to my idea of taking it nice and easy !! |

I've had such a brilliant introduction to skiing so by the monday ski with the others, I was going round the various runs with your brilliant prompts in my head, and keeping me going on some quite challenging slopes! I can't pretend that any of it was particularly aesthetically pleasing, but I had a blast!
I've now come home, a thoroughly addicted even worse speed-junkie, and am working out how/when I can get myself on the slopes again...
